Marlene Chism | CEO, Consultant, Executive Educator, Author, International Speaker

Marlene is an executive educator, consultant and professional speaker, and the author of two books, Stop Workplace Drama (Wiley 2011) and No-Drama Leadership, (Bibliomotion 2015).

Marlene has a degree in communications from Drury University and a master’s in HR Development from Webster University.

Marlene Chism is no stranger to the world of public safety. Her husband is a retired firefighter, and her nephew, a deputy who lost his life in 2014 in the line of duty. Marlene’s consulting and speaking takes her across the country at corporate and association events as well as international public safety conferences.

Heather Joyner | Consultant, Executive Educator, General Instructor and National Speaker

Heather Joyner is a veteran with almost two decades of experience from the front lines of dispatching to communications director. From her desire to create a no-drama workplace, Heather found Stop Workplace Drama and became a student of the work.

Today, Heather is an Executive Educator and Coach of the Stop Workplace Drama™ methodology. She shares her journey across the country at national and international conferences and at agencies in the US.

Heather has a degree in criminal justice and is currently a director at Halifax County E-911 Central Communications located in Halifax, North Carolina.

Henry Hedgepeth | General Instructor, Intern of Stop Workplace Drama

Henry Hedgepeth is an experienced communications shift supervisor, successioning for the role of Assistant Communications Manager at the Halifax County E-911 Communications Center, located in Halifax, North Carolina. Henry is also an ASHI  Instructor, NC General Instructor and Intern of the Stop Workplace Drama methodology.

Henry experienced first hand how life can change with having a vision, focus and a plan. As an attendee of Marlene’s Stop Workplace Drama program, Henry continues his journey of leadership growth. He has a passion for growing teams and enjoys building a network of peers in public safety communications.

Juanita Green | General Instructor, Intern of Stop Workplace Drama

Juanita Green comes from an extensive background in public safety communications. Today she is a Property Control Technician with Matthews Police Department, located in Matthews NC. Juanita is also an NC General Instructor, ASHI Instructor and Intern of the Stop Workplace Drama methodology.

Juanita is a recognized presenter at the NC Association of Property and Evidence, sharing of her growth and her own journey of life change based on her experience with attending one of Marlene’s Stop Workplace Drama programs, and now interning for certifying in the Stop Workplace Drama methodology.
